Emma kites ships products to international customers around the world.
Most items will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day after order placed and paid. There are some special offers, like giant octopus, customized kite, which may need 7~15 days to process.

Processing time: time required to prepare your orders before shipment
The processing time of 1 business day applies to most of our products, except for some special product that needs longer processing time.
The general processing time for these special products:
- Octopus Kites: 7~15 business days. The larger the kite is, the longer the lead time will be.
- Stunt kites, traction kites: 2~5 business days
- 12.6-inch large kite reel: 3~10 business days

If standard shipping is selected, emma kites decides the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, which is based on destination country, order size and all other possibly influential factors. Estimated delivery time excludes custom clearance time which varies according to the country.
Service of 5 business days or less expedited shipping is available in certain countries. The shipping fee is calculated according to destination country, order size and other potential factors.
If the order is in urgent need
We recommend that you choose the expedited shipping service to ship your order. For most countries, we’ll use DHL, UPS or FedEx as expedited shipping service. The shipping time will be 3~5 business days.
Special notes should be taken that delivery time may extend in case of Customs hold events.
Duties and taxes
International shipping may be subject to tariffs, duties, VAT (value added tax). These costs are not included in shipping charges and they are the responsibility of receivers.
If you refuse to pay for tariffs, duties or other costs of the package that has been received by custom, the package will be returned back. We will refund you the order after charging you for the shipping cost and other extra fees incurred.
