This reel assists to bring in my 12ft / 3.5m Delta with 100ft / 30m tube tails with ease. Make sure you check that the nuts and bolts are well tight and maybe some Locktite to make sure. Well advised to get the strap that goes with it if using a large size kite. Happy after a few uses in more than light winds. "

The spool I received was made of very high quality materials. I am very happy with the features and the make-up of the reel. I bought the 1000 ft spool of Kevlar line to go with this reel.

The only thing that would make this experience better would be instructions for how to tie the string to the spool, and where to feed the string through all the different slots.

I'd give it five stars if the instructions would have come with the spool. "
